So Ive been looking around here for a while - And there is A LOT of information. . . . kinda makes my head spin at times
Figured Id TRY to get some opinions from people with experience and at the same time Introduce myself to the forum.

Ive had stangs for the past 10 years and have a good amount of experience behind a wrench. I recently purchased a 89' steeda clone from the original owner. Car has 108k and is the "stockest" fox Ive seen in a long time. . . very cherry!
So with that base I want to build a fun to drive 300+ hp DD street car. I would like a good amount of low end grunt , and leave the window open for future boost possibility.
Here is the combo Im thinking about, let me know what you think:

- Trick Flow T/W 170 heads
- Trick Flow street burner intake
- 1.6 RR
- 30lbs injectors (overkill now , but good for later?)
- 75mm Mass air
- 75mm throttle body
- 255lph fuel pump
- With all this Id obviously add correct push rods, and other needed supporting changes.

With that said - am i heading in the rite direction?? Am I forgetting anything?
I really appreciate any constructive comments -
Thanks!!!!

How do you think the car would take to the changes I listed, leaving the stock can in there? Reason being eventually I know I want to throw boost at it, and at that time Id probably go with a custom grind.

The 30 lbers might be "too much" now, and not enough with boost. I would stick with 24s and sell them when you get the parts for the power adder.

300 rwhp is pretty easily attainable.

So - will 30lbers hurt in my proposed NA set up?? Would I be running to rich?

what Im trying to avoid is buying the same parts twice.
Thanks

I don't think it will hurt it per say, I just don't think it would benefit, and most likely would be wasted if you went with even a low boost set up. 30 lbers would be WAY undersized for a HCI power adder car. If there was a way to run some 42s with it NA, they would help out when going boost later, but I'm not sure how NA friendly those would be?
