Alright, so I was thinking about taking the "Ford" and "GT" emblems off but worried because there might be some discoloration behind the emblems. When I first bought the car, the guy had just gotten the car repainted but it was the same stock color.

So, do you guys think it would be safe to debadge?

Thanks for quick reply.

That sucks that the emblems have holes behind them :(

No prob... Yeah it sucks that Ford put those guide holes behind the emblems. The old Fox bodies don't have them, but I think all 94+ do:( Your car looks good with the badges, but i would suggest re-installing the running horse back in the grille..

BTW, I see your from Antioch? Thats only 1 hr from where I am... I live in Sac. You should check out californiafords.com...

Sorry man, the mesh grills ruin the front of the car. They just look so cheap. The front of your car looks hot right now, i think adding the mesh would ruin it. :(

BTW, the REAR GT emblem on the left side does not have holes behind it. I took mine off and changed the side emblems to V6 running ponys. I actually got a lot of "Is that a real GT" questions, so i stuck an explorer V8 emblem there.
