I ordered my '06 GT on July 21st from a rural dealer. I was referred to them by a former employee and they guaranteed me a car in 8 to 10 weeks. When the 16th of this month rolled around and it was still C/U, I contacted the sales manager of our metro store, who sells a lot of Mustangs. I placed my order with him on the 16th of this month, and it is already serialized with a build date of 10/17. That other dealer was blowing smoke up my butt. Now I'm finally getting my car!
