Warning Lights

Aside from the driver paying attention to the gauges, does the 92 model year LX light up warning lights for things like high coolant temp or low voltage and the like?

Will the ECU put the engine into limp mode if it determines critical conditions are present?

For low coolant, you have a sensor in the overflow that will light up on the dash. For the rest, that is why there are gauges. If the voltage is way low it may trip the CEL.

The check engine light only displays when 13-14 if the possible 80 or so codes is found. So you could have codes and no CEL
