I was wondering if any of you guys new the details about Fords general warranty. I just got a brand new 2004 mustang v6 (first mustang ever, its great, should have gone ford over chevy in the first place) and I want to put performance parts on it, I was wondering if I put an exhaust on it, will that void the warranty? what about an intake, etc... if someone could supply me with details such as those, I would be really greatfull.

Note: I do know that if you add a part to your car, and your car breaks down because of the part you added, the warranty is null and void, but if it wasnt the fault of the part you put on, they have to honor the warranty, at least thats how it works in Texas. Like I said, any help would be greatly appreciated! :jester:

That's basically how it works.

I had a power window and dpfe sensor replaced under warranty, both after I got my exhaust system.

that was right after a rollover in a 01 chevy blazer ls (totaled) rolled over passenger side first, then when it rolled over to my side (i was driving), we were still skidding and the force of the roll caused me to skin my head on the ground. tire blowout rear passenger tire, hit the brakes (bad idea) started skidding along the road, flipped over.

hehe, when im at school, ill walk around with a hat on, and go up to a random person and be like, hey u wanna see something messed up? and ill show them, and they usually freak out, great for picking up chicks tho. "did it hurt? did you cry?" "nah, im a tough guy" :nice: :D
