oh hell....your car gave me wood. I love the backend with the duck tail and the "shelby" lights. Smokin. Is there a thread about how you accomplished that "J Lo" like arse?

Nice! what did you use to polish the wheels? I also have American Torque Thrusts. I thought they were enamel coated, Until they started to look dull. I wasn't sure what to use on 'em.

eric n - I used three taillight buckets per side. Mustangs and Fords ran a tech article on the T-bird tail lights in the October 1998 issue. I'll shoot some pictures of the lights from inside the trunk.
golf4283 - The wheels are 15" American Racing Torq-Thrust wheels. I painted the spokes black and polished the rims.
cardude - I did use the clay bar on a few spots that did not come clean after I washed the car. I used the Meguiar's Gold Class Clear Coat Car Wax.
Tim65GT - My wheels were so pitted and covered in break dust, that I actually had to sand them down. I put the car up on jack stands and started it in 3rd gear. Then just used sanding sponges (stepping down the coarseness) to polish out the aluminium.

Lookin good Tim. I never realized how many exterior touches we had in common until I got mine painted. (Shaved antenna, Shelby hood w/ no Ford lettering, no bumper guards, GT exhaust with no backup lights, deleted rocker trim molding and grill pony)
