What is with the mentality of some people that think it isnt a Stang unless it has a V8?

Some of the first (back in 64) had a 101HP I-6. Feel the power! I could never look at a cherry 65 with an I-6 and think "why don't you drive it off a cliff?"

This person is one of those you look at in life and say "there but for the grace of God (and common sense) go I."

My 2.3 was my wifes car. He was right. weird.

I probably wouldn't b saying things like that in a 2.3 thread that so many nice things were said by "those 5.0 guys".

I have to identical cars, one green 2.3, one black 5.8, and both run identical times. The gas mileage, reliability, and cost are two completely different things and most people around here hate the 4cyl because its not supposed to do what it does. That will never change so I just spank every closed minded person I can.

I like my 4cyl, its unique. But my next mustang will be a V8 so i have to respect those as well. Just finished a 64 comet with a built 5.0 in it. That sucker should go when the brakes are fixed.

I'm sorry about that...Theres nothing like a pretty woman in a HotRod if ya ask me

Anyways, I hope that one day people will all understand that no matter whats under the hood we got one major thing in common...The Love of a Mustang I really don't care if the car is a I4, V6, or V8 if it's cool looking I'm going to tell ya about it.

Now I will be the first to admit there is one kind of mustang I will problay put down....and thats a riced out stang I know I should understand that people can do what they want to their cars but if you want rice than please go buy rice before doing this to a stang.
