Weird Problems With My Transmission? Gets Stuck In Gear? Syncros?

Ok, This one stumps me and I have no idea what it is? My car just had a new Spec stage 2 clutch put in. I drove the car home and sat in traffic for about an hour. I noticed that as the car became warmer it became harder to get the car into gear? I went up a steep hill (stop and go) and by the time that I got to the top of the hill and made my turn it was stuck in first and I had to force it out. There is no grinding and no slipping? Is this my syncros going bad? If so, why would it not grind? Thanks

My clutch engages very low also (it is only about 4 hours old)
The car shifts like butter with it off which makes me think that it is not a shift fork.
When the car is on and standing still it shifts ok but you can tell that it is starting to have problems?

One other thing. I did have him install a BBK adjustable clutch cable and quadrant.

If the clutch is disengaging low on the pedal you'll need to pull out some cable slack. On my Cobra conversion, I had way too much slack and I couldn't even put the T5 in gear. After some adjustment, I can get the tranny in gear but I have to push the pedal almost to the floor to do it. I haven't had time to pull more slack out, but it will solve my pedal issue.

The clutch does disengage low but it has been like that since I started out. I was able to get the car into gear fine. Why would the problem progressively get worse when the tranny gets warm? (does the clutch cable stretch that much in the first hour)? Another weird thing is that second gear would be hard to get into sometimes and other times it would slide right in?

The whole reason that I got my clutch replaced in the first place is that the car had to be forced into first gear when the car was started. Again, the problem would get worse as the car got warmer to the point that it would not go into any gear (it would also get stuck in gear). Now that the clutch is replaced, the problem is 60% better but it is still being a pain. Do you think that this is still a clutch problem? (Maybe the pressure plate not being engaged enough?)

You mentioned that it might need the clutch cable loose? How do you tighten up the cable?

Thanks

you got to get under the car.at the end of the clutch cable,
where it connects to the clutch fork.
loosen the two nuts at the end,
holding the cable so it will not turn,
turn the inner nut clockwise,to take the slack out of the cable,
tighten til the fork is not as sloppy.

it'll take some adjusting to get it where you like it.
when your happy with it,tighten the two nuts togeather to lock it in place.

I just adjusted it but I am not sure how much slack i was supposed to take out? I turned it about 5 or 6 turns. It would have turned a lot more. I just wanted to make sure that I am not going to damage anything.

I recently went out and and drove my car with the new adjustment. The clutch is now engaging from middle to three quarters. I have no problem with this but by having it that high, will it wear out the clutch faster? Should I take some out? Where is the ideal place for the clutch to activate? Thanks
