I just need to know what which 15x4" or 3.5" ones will clear cobra brakes. I'm a little unclear on the backspacing. While your hear I guess telling me which 15x10's will work too. Thanks fellas.

You really gotta work at it to get ProStars to work with GT brakes.

Not sure but it would seem the Draglites would be about the same.

Your brakes are larger so that might be asking a bit too much.

You have to run mega spacers no matter what bs you get on the wheel. I just got rid of the Cobras and put on GT brakes. I still had to grind down the crossbar and use a 7/16" spacer.

discontinued

you need a big spacer and longer front studs to run front runner. i needed 7/16th and ground down caliper bars with stock GT brakes

Only thing about moving away from 15" is you pick up a good bit of weight from the larger wheel and tire.

I thought this was going to be a problem. Well, maybe i'll make some calls to find out what's going to work. I really dont want to take the angle grinder to the calipers.

I can tell you I've seen many posts say that with the smaller GT brakes and ProStars you gotta remove the bar and GRIND down a little bit of the calipers if you wanna make them work WITHOUT the spacer.

Lots of detalil can be found here that might be of some help to you.

I am putting on Aerospace's Pro street brake system on the front of my 95 Cobra. Gonna run American Racing TrakStar 15x4 w/1.75 rear spacing up front and 15x10 w/ 61/2 rear spacing in rear
