My cousin said he knew how to weld and came over with his dad's torch and stick welder. We cut out the rusted pans with the torch and he starts welding the new ones in, after he's done the one, (we just had time to get one in) he leaves I see all these holes around the edge, one as big as a dime that goes right through to the bottom from the welder. I have more holes now then I think the rusty floor pan did.
What can I do to fix these? a few of the holes are up on the hump that the tranny sits under. Is there any easy way to fix these? its not a show car so I dont care about looks. Anything I can cover them with that will harden and plug the hole? I just want it so that no water gets in.
Thanks,
Jim
