I went to the track for the first time and was pissed at my 60'(thanks to skinny kuhmos) so i was thinking about getting some new rims and tires. Some guy want to sell me his weld draglites fats and skinnies for $400 they have crappy tires on their kow just want to get some opinion on how they look and what people think of running like 275 nitto D/R on a 15x8 rim will that fit.

Are the rims like new? I have draglites on my fox with 275/50/15's bfg d/r's. (8 inch rim) I had to roll the inner lip a just a little to make em fit without scrapin the sidewall.

As for looks, foxes look mean with the fat and skinnies hooked to draglites. Search for pics of some, you'll like the way they look.
I don't know if $400 is a good price, but it never hurts to haggle a little, offer him $300.

This by far has to be the easiest searchable topic. Welds on foxes are just about as common as ponies on foxes. If you can't find any threads about Welds here (which I'm sure you can), try at Corral. You could look at the Corral's wheel pic post or the Pic post in 5.0 Mustang Talk.
