for a UPR K member, A arms, coil over kit!!!! i started out this weekend doing a simple solid motor mount install on my car, well the passenger side was a pain in the neck, and the driver side just wont come out, i guess with the longtubes, the motor will not give me enough room to get the mount out, so its now pinched between the engine, k member, and headers, so the k member is coming out, and going to be replaced with a UPR K kit!!!

here's how she will be sitting for a few weeks.....

His car is a drag car. Many of the fastest 2v guys, including Bill, used the UPR parts. Breaking parts is just part of high RPM launches.

honeslty, i love UPR parts, and they are only about a 45min drive from me, some of there employes are out at the track on friday nights, ive seen ton of cars running UPR parts drag the rear bumper and slam the front down, and everything was fine.

Man, when I first saw the thread title I thought, man don't tell me this is another "I need to sell my car" post LOL...

Anyhow, nice upgrade. For some reason I thought you already had a tubular k member? Anyhow, its gonna be quite a difference with the new mods & 50+ pounds off the front end...

I agree.

Hopefully this will help you get some needed time off that 60ft with a little weight transfer(not that your 60ft is bad, but I have an idea what you are going for). What 60ft have you calculated you need?

How about backing up your statements for once instead of just making incredibly biased un-educated remarks such as this one? Sure some people have broken their upr suspension parts just like im sure some people have broken their Maximum motorsports suspension parts. One person has a hard time and all of a sudden ALL UPR stuff sucks....I run the UPR coilovers with QA1 k-member and control arms and love it...wouldn't go any other way...

Do some research and you'll see there is nothing wrong with UPR parts. Tons of people run them and love them.
