That is a hell of a deal. To bad you have to sell it. And as with all projects one never gets $ for $ value out of them. Just don't add up the hrs you spent on it, that will get you real depressed in a hurry.

ive always said i will never add up how much money or time i have in any of my cars. cuz i will just end up drinking more. i honestly didnt realize i had as much done to this thing as i did

Yea, I made that mistake once, even added up how much $ I would have spent just paying myself minimum wage....YIKES! It is to the point I don't even keep track of how much I spend on tools (except at tax time). Way to depressing.

i have no issues just letting it sit in the garage till i have time to work on it and drive it

At first I felt bad knowing how much work you had in the car, then I started to crunch numbers in my head to justify buying another mustang. Ya jerk. I had to do unnecessary math.
