Went from Vortech T Rex to an Anderson Big Pump. Is it supposed to be this quiet??

I can barely hear the new Anderson Big Pump, I am still waiting for someone to come home just to verify its operating, simply because i cant be in 2 places at once. The Vortech im used to and its so freakin loud. Anyone else running an Anderson Big Pump????

So I just verified that the pump is working. Like a night and day difference over the T rex! Im impressed!!
