Went to the track, dissapointed

are you 1000% sure the ports are not misaligned when its bolted up? if you smooth the intake too much you screw up the boundery layer. some of the best engine builders on the planet will tell you that gasket makers arent port designers.

a good way to figure out if the lower is screwed is to put an OOTB lower back on it.

the NHRA correction factor for 1900' corrects that 13.60@103 to [email protected] at sea level.

Thanks for the reply, yes I'm sure...

There was gasket material blocking the flow before, so there should have been an increase of power.

Thanks for the numbers, that explains some of it. I'm going to do a tune up and go to the other dragstrip, where I ran the 13.1 and see what happens.

Why is he a retard? Why not try what the guy says?

some people cant handle the truth.

So if you get your 60' down you'll run 12's, i think its that simple, a 2.4 60' is pretty terrible even for street tires. Just buy a set of ET streets and bolt them on when you leave for the track, pull up to the line, bounce it off the rev-limiter dont lift for 12ish seconds, hit every gear, and collect your 12 second slip. its really that simple, that is, if you got the plums :D
