AND WHY? IS IT WORTH THE EXTRA $$$ FOR THE UPGRADED SYSTEM? I HAD JUST THE DOOR ALARMS ON MY 98GT AND HATE FALSE ALARMS. THANKS FOR THE INPUT, SCOTT.

I got the full alarm package. Yea it cost some money, but I'd rather have it and not need it, than to need it and not have it. On the other hand you could get a Viper alarm system cheaper and have it installed at a local shop. No one in my local area can install such a system so I had to go with the factory upgrade.
