what are these?..pic

I was taking my rear seats out to put my delete in and i saw these 2 round rubber things that go through the floor board on each side and they both are connected to a wiring harness of some sort. What are they to? I only took a pic of one of them but they are on both sides of the car. Sorry if the pic is too big.

I thought my car did actually which makes it that much worse, found out during the gear install
