What can I expect?

Our local club is having a dyno day at the end of Jan. and I wanted to know what kinda # can I expect. Here are the power(or help with power) mods.
1997 GT Blk/Blk 5 spd 75k miles

PI intake
CAI
March U/D pulleys
High flow catted H
Mac Flowpath catback
3.73 gears
Centerforce DF clutch
Fidanza AL flywheel
UPR clutch quadrent/firewall adjuster

Please tellme at least 200rwhp

i made 225rwhp, 270rwtq, on stock tune running rich!!!

with pi cams you would be close to my #'s.........
