What difference is there between an E9ZF AA and E9ZF DA ECC?

I had an ECC internal ground go bad, so I bought a new ECC from Autozone. They gave me an E9ZF DA and even though it started up quickly and idled well, the Check Engine light came on and told me that I had a code 22 -- MAP sensor.

I never had problems with the MAP sensor before. Why all of a sudden would it go bad now?

This is coming off of a T5 to C4 swap. I didn't change anything else except for the transmission.
