What distributors are these? E9AE part no on one, pics inside!

These came with a car I bought and I want to sell them but dont know 100% for sure what they are. One is obviously a carb style distributor, it has a bronze gear, the other one has E9AE-12131-AA on it and has a steel gear. Any ideas?

in the top pic, the distributor on the left has the same part number as my 94 cobra. went out and looked at it today. so its a distributor for a 5.0 94-95 and that would be about it. on a personal note, do you know any information on the distributor, miles, price? looking to pick up another one to have a spare.
