it made the higher number swhen we let it cool down while we took a break and ate..lol
I decided to make one more pull since the air was cold and great and BAM those were the numbers, I decided to give the old t5 a break and pack the car up..lol

That car pulls so hard for what I call a simple combo, it honestly made more the I thought it would with the Cobra, and that thing is untouched! Id love to see a Holley on that thing...it pulls on a 03 cobra pretty well Its fast and purdy

I'd like to see the numbers with a Holley intake, big throttle body (looks like a 70MM with CAI) and big MAF. Probably pick up 30.

70mm accufab 75mm pmas mass air, 30lb inj. i was thinking around 30 more hp also, almost all the gains would be over 5500rpms with a holley i really dont mind giving up the hp my thought it is not spinning the engine over 6000rpms should make it last longer and really with the small intake the torque is sick....so much dam street fun!. Im gonna hit the track soon and get a couple passes in before it gets warm. I have been kicking around a systemax tho if i can get the same guy to powdercoat it the same

I had AFR 185's, Holley, 70MM TB, Pro-M 80MM which outflows the 75MM by a ton and huge 1-3/4" Long Tubes w/ 3" Collector and 3" Prochamber / 3" Catback. Your car would benefit greatly from all this.

The Pro-M 80MM is top dog in CFM which is why I bought it.

5. MAF AIR FLOW DATA (In CFM):

1.Stock 5.0L 58MM (89-93 Mustangs), 606 CFM
2.Stock 5.0L 70MM (94-95 GT/Cobra Mustangs), 815 CFM
3.Pro-M Bullet (75MM), 964 CFM
4.Ford 80MM (Lightnings), 1017 CFM
5.C&L 73MM, 1171 CFM
6.Modified 80MM (Flow Bar Removed), 1368 CFM
7.C&L 80MM, 1415 CFM
8.Pro-M 77MM (Shorty/Supercharged Version), 1543 CFM
9.Pro-M 77MM (Standard Version), 1562 CFM
10.Pro-M 83MM, 1598 CFM
11.Pro-M 80MM, 1612 CFM

Oh yeah.... I've heard nothing but good things about Rick, which is why my car is headed to his shop soon. My progress thread is about to start getting some serious attention again.

Where I got that information, the book only went up to like 2002 I believe. Aren't the late model Lightning MAF's only good up to 450HP though?

Do you have the information on how those meters were tested? I know the monster 97mm Abaco only flows 1252 CFM at 20.4 in with a 10 inch filter.

Yes I do. It was on the same car. I'll bring the book in tomorrow. Like I said it's an older book. New Meter's have come out.

VibrantRedGT, I see a bunch of HP numbers, but not the flow numbers, or what the conditions were for the flow test...

Oh, I thought you wanted to buy the book.

The MAF and TB flow numbers were done on a SuperFlow 600 Airflow bench.
