you mean more then just looking at my gauge? it says 31psi.
Another reason I think its rich is cuz when it was idling on the dyno, the A/F was around 11, 11.5 (rich) with the idle loping.
When I unplug the IAC tube, the idle evened out and the A/F went yellow/red (lean).
So, that tells me the rubber tube on the IAC is restricting the additional air that would otherwise make the A/F ratio leaner and actually IDLE!
Any ideas?

That is starting to make a little more sense, If you IAC is sticking closed it would not let th air in until you opened the thottle. I would take it off and look at it and try cleaning it or replacing it.
