What fender flares are these?

I asked the owner of the vehicle, he said he bought them off Western Motorsports out in Calgary, Alberta (canada). I called them, and they said they dont' remember the brand but picked them up from Ebay, and they were specifically made for 99-04 Mustangs.

They are also plastic, not fiberglass...

I wonder if anyone would know where to get these?

Damn, that's quite the wide body kit with those flares on. I doubt Matt will carry them but did you try THE MUSTANG SHOP in Calgary too? He may know where to get them. 1-888-707-0774. I know the number off by heart, it's cost me a fortune .
