what gains can i expect?

what gains can i expect by installing a 75mm pro-m mass air meter? will the gain be noticible? in getting the one for 19lb an hour fuel injectors. I have a fenderwell mount bbk cai, mac 70mm tb and egr, bbk high flow x pipe, and ford motorsport ud pulleys and spark plug wires.

Maybe something with a aftermarket intake, with the stock one... nothing?
seriously though, maybe 1-2hp.
Get a new intake.
