I am now thinking about the future with my car. I will be buying a 65mm TB, Aluminuim Driveshaft, subframes, LCAs and Drag radials very very soon. But then I don't know what do do after that. This will probably be my winter project.

My goal is to get into the 11's with GREAT street manners.

Hey can I ask you what you think of that zex dry kit? I was thinking about buying it to hold me over till I get a s/c. Have you ran it yet?

I haven't run it yet. I've heard great results from people on this board though. There alot of people that will swear by it. I did like the super easy instalation. The hardest thing was finding a place for the nitous management unit(NMU). I am planning on running it next wed at the track. I haven't even filled the bottle yet :bang: This H/C/I is gonna maybe my winter project.

I love my Zex kit.... have a buddy selling a kit for $400. He only used it twice on his TT RX-7. That car got scary fast. The only thing you would need to get would be different jets I think. And they are pretty cheap. PM me if you are interested.

So the install was nice and easy huh? That's why i liked the zex kit so much cause it only has the one box not the different silinoids to install. Is there anything I need to run it on my basically stock car? I have a 190lph fuel pump I havent installed and I am planning on getting a AFPR. Is there anything else you think I would need?

Colder plugs and gap them a little less than normal.

So you drive your car around with the colder plugs and the smaller gap all the time? And only 6* timing? Is that just so its ready when you want to use the Juice? How does it perform off the juice like that? I would love if that kit could get me low 13's.

Yup, set up that way all the time. The only thing I do is drop the fuel pressure 4 lbs when I don't plan to use the juice.

The reason is, my car needs 43 lbs not to detonate on 91 octane gas.... but that will sometimes show a rich condition while daily driving and the CEL will flash occassionally.

So i daily drive on 39 lbs.

I looked up on guys combo on here. His name is rel3rd on here. This is what he's got:

1.E'brock 60379 heads
Cobra intake (extrude honed)
AFM B-21 cam
Pro-M 80mm meter
30# injectors 94 GT COUPE
PMS for tuning =11.92@116MPH
MAC shorty headers,
Bassani "catted" X pipe
five speed/373 rear
NOS brand dry nitrous kit.

Is this a good choise? Is this what I should expect?

Hey! Hey! mystang94gt and gcomfx.com you guys are Hi-jacking(sp?) my thread!

Does anyone know what H/C/I that I should go with?

I say you just go with the trick flow street heat H/C/I kit and then you wont have near as much guess work. Proven combo and it will be an animal on the bottle.

My 98 went from 13.7@97-98 to 12.7@107-108 with the Zex 100 shot, but it blew up after I got even 10 bottles though the car. I suggest you have a GOOD fuel pump, and possibly even a FP gauge with a dry kit, cause if your pump stutters even a bit, thats it. It has happened to me two times now, I suggest Nitrous Express, I enjoyed the Zex Kit, and it was easy. But I will never use dry nitrous again, it is like a ticking time bomb, esp on older cars like 94-95 Stangs.

you should really not run Nitrous on a stock fuel pump. Dont want it to lean out ar else it does blow up.
