For a turbo 302, go with AFR165s, or TFS TWs. Get an appropriate intake. A GT40, Performer, or RFI intake will do nicely. There are plenty of other intakes that would work well, too. However, try to focus on those that keep your powerband to below 6000 rpm. Focusing the entire combo on the same mid-range rpm band will really pay off by spooling the turbo/s quickly and making an amazing street car. The Ford F-cam like others above have mentioned has worked in countless boosted 5.0s and has even been in some high-dollar turbo apps making 1000+ rwhp, though I always err on the side of custom cams. The only real change to pay attention to is keeping the compression reasonable. Don't bump it up by needlessly milling the heads. Lower compression allows you to run more boost without increasing the risk of detonation. Other than that and an optimized cam, select the parts the same way you would if your motor was still n/a.
Others here have posted some pretty good advice in here. If you're planning to build a motor later on, then begin now and buy the parts that will work with it. There's nothing less efficient than having to sell stuff for old combos at discounted prices to buy stuff for new combos. However, I personally always try to go one of two ways in modifying cars: every part is cheap and easily replaceable, or every part is perfect and will take a hell of a lot of abuse.
Keep in mind that a maxed out 60mm or larger turbo will give a stock block all the air/power it needs to part like the red sea. At 15 psi on a block with stock heads, cam, intake, you probably won't quite get to 400 rwhp, but modifying any of these parts will put you soundly over that mark.
A word to the wise: Do not attempt to play the turbo game if you cannot control your urge to go faster, unless you have enough money to satisfy it. With the right sized turbo, getting more power is as easy as turning up the boost, and if you're like me you will keep upping the boost until something bad happens.
