aight on its way is a new 6a ignition box, msd blaster coil, bbk equal length shorty headers, and a 8.8 with 373 gears. how much better will my car perform with these mods seeing that my car is bone stock cept h-pipe and flowmasters with 273 gears at the moment??

Honestly, from what you've listed the only thing your really gonna "feel" is the 3:73's. It will give you more of the "put you in your seat" feel. As for the headers, well it'll add hp but i could never feel the difference. Mainly it just sounds sick and well worth the money. The ignition stuff is always a plus as its good for a tune up etc. With a blower you'd really benefit from the ignition box. I hope you bought one with the rev limitor in it if you plan to get blown in the future

If you really want more hp and really want to feel a BIG increase in performance.... do a h/c/i or a blower. That will solve your problem.

haha well im not planning on blowing this car since it is carbureted, but my next one will be, and im going to buy the rev limiter later, since im only paying $75 for the box, and $100 for the equal lenth headers, and $100 for the entire rearend

At only 100 for the entire rear, I would have it checked out. It is probally peg legging and could have some bearing issues. Better to get it fixed while its out of the car.

well i checked it out before i even thought about buying it, branf new internals, seen it run 6's at the track, only reason guy is getting rid of it is he blew his motor and is parting out the car, and hes my uncles best friend

6's?? is this 1/8th mile time? Thats pretty serious for anything short of a pro racer.
