Someone t-boned my 69 Coupe in January and I finally got the OK from the insurance company to have it fixed. As I remember the car when I bought it from the original owners, the side scoops had a black background with the body color for the test of the scoop.
When I had it painted in 1989, the painter sprayed the whole scoop body color and it has been so long that I can't remember the correct look. Can someone point me to a resource to get information on exactly how the side scoops should be painted and also if the paint should be flat or gloss assuming I am right about the background of the scoop being black.
