What is everything needed to swap the t5 to tko

I just installed my TKO600 on my stang, you will need the following parts:

-New bellhousing that can work with the Tremec bolt pattern, I used the Mcleod Steel bellhousing SFI approved
-clutch (i went with centerforce dfx)
-the stock member has to be modified.
-driveshaft (you can use the stock one and have someone cut down to fit, but I would just get a ford racing aluminum driveshaft).

You need a 26 spline clutch disc instead of the normal 10 when you order your clutch. You need a 31 spline yoke for your driveshaft in order to mate to the TKO output shaft. You can swap a yoke on to the stocker and it will work no problem, but I would just get a whole new DS. If you buy any other STEEL SFI bellhousing besides a Mcleod it will need to be indexed. I think you can also get an aluminum bell for the TKO, but they are kind of wimpy depending on the power you are putting down. The stock crossmember can be easily modified to work with the TKO. You'll need 3 quarts of GM Syncromesh fluid, and a shift handle for the shifter that comes with the TKO. I'm using a Steeda aluminum. If you don't want to waste your time hunting all this down just call D&D performance. They have the best prices on all of this stuff and they are very helpful in letting you know what you need and what you don't need.

I would also like to add that you don't have to modify your stock crossmember. You can get one from HPM and it bolts right up. Also is much sturdier than a modified stock one and also is countoured correctly to prevent the tailhousing from possibly hitting the modified stock one. For a shifter handle I just ran some delrin on the lathe and made some spacers to adapt the stock handle I had sitting around. I used my centerforce 2 pressure plate from before and just bought a Mcleod 26 spline disk. You will also need a 31 spline yoke but you can use your stock driveshaft. You might as well change the U-Joint as well since you are there. 3 qts of GM synchromesh and your TKO bellhousing of choice. If you are pushing or planning on getting some good power, I suggest some SFI rated steel one. Either way you should always index whatever bellhousing you get just to make sure. An hour out of your time can save you a lot of money in the long run or at the very least some vibration when driving. Good luck. Might not be a bad time to get a new clutch cable, quadrant and some sort of adjuster.

Forgot to add that you can use the stock exhaust mount that hangs off the crossmember too. What you will have to do is cut about half of the rubber/metal mount portion off and rotate it 180 from the stock location. Most people don't bother but for me, I didn't like the exhaust unsupported and dangling from the mufflers and headers. Especially with an expensive x pipe and speed bumps rampid where I live.
