What is most needed next for my motor?

i have what is in my sig. Right now everything i sstock, injectors,maf,tb, fbr, etc etc. What is my next worthwile mod for my car? seems to run good, just i want more power. timing is at 20. How about a MAF, or a adj. FPR. I dunno, what do u guys think
