Nittos hands down. I'm biast just a little but It has some dual silica rubber thingamaboba that saves tredwear when the tires are cold. But after you warm them up, they grip amazing well.

best street tires

best 'street' tires for traction, they get real expensive.

my brother has those KD's on his rears.. had his rears for 2 seasons (fall, winter) and KDW's in the front.

Go to the Tire Rack website www.tirerack.com and check out the reviews of the tires they sell. Lots of good info there.

those tires are EXTRMELY expensive, arent they are 335s and those cars have a looong first with the torque to prevent bog

no comparison

ok here is a comparison, my friend has the 335s on 10.5 cobra Rs on his blown 01 GT, they are worthless through 3rd

The Kumho MX's and Yokohama AVS Sport or AVS ES100 are good street tires for a good price.

How many miles has your brother gotten out of the rear KD's. I am thinking about buying a set soon. Does he like them?

i've ran both the nitto 450's and 555's and loved them both. good traction in all conditions and good hook up once you get them hot.

what does preventing bog have to do with getting traction...those things hook on a car putting 500+ tq out at the motor...of course im gonna say that the suspension design of the Viper more than likley is better than our lowly SN95/Fox-4 chassis.....

....also ive heard very good things about the Advan Neova tires....

nitto 555's are cheap and pretty good.
KD's are probably the best performance handling tire i've ever heard of.
