What is the potential of a 331 and be emission legal? Let see those combo's!!

DSS has a stroker kit for $1100...than it has a block and the stroker and pistons already assembled for $2500...but than it has that plus AFR's 185's for $5200...anyone know why with the complete assembled long block the price jumped that high with just the heads??? www.dssracing.com

Rockers, pushrods, cam, timing chain. Assembly. And I think thats it.
