Look Its Aaron said:A claybar is the least abrasive thing you can use on a car. It will work wonders if the stuff is on the surface. A claybar will give your car a way better look and feel compared to a regular wash.
After you clay make sure you use a wax after it to seal the paint.
If you have deep swirl marks etc and the paint is not too great, I would clay bar the car then buff it all out with some compund, then seal it with a wax.
