Does anyone recognize the part that is circled in the first pic? It is on the passenger side of the firewall. I found that it is dripping water, a lot of it. Is it supposed to be connected to anything? I know that the AC drips condensation when it is used, but this is a larger puddle than I'm used to seeing. (See second pic) Thanks for the help

It seemed to only be water, my antifreeze level this morning wasn't low either. I will keep an eye on it though.

+1 Hit the nail right on the head. Better hope its not the heater core, say goodbye to your weekend if it is..

If you're just getting water, then it's working as advertized. Probably just real humid where you are. It will drain any time you use the A/C or defroster.

If you have larger puddle than usual, it's usually because there's something stuck in ither the box or the line that's causing it to drain too slowly. You can CAREFULLY run a coat hanger through the tube to help clean it out. DO NOT POKE A HOLE IN YOUR HEATER CORE.

I've used coat hangers, safety wire on the end of a drill, and long pipe cleaners.
