What kind of CC plates are these?

Anybody recognize these. Brand, fitment, etc. I dont see a part# on them, wondering if theyll fit my car or if I should sell em?????

the ones is the pic fit a i think 94- up stang. the foxbodies use a three bolt mount, not a four.
