I got this for free, Said to be from a Crown Vic unknown year. Will it fit at all on a 90 5.0? Here are some pics....................

The only MAF that is a one for one swap for a 93 and earlier 5.0 Mustang is the 94-95 Mustang MAF.

The MAF body and sensor are designed to match each other. Therefore you can't swap sensors between different part number MAF bodies and maintain proper calibration. The assembly is designed to match the computer’s internal program, and swapping a different MAF can upset the computer's calibration. In other words, your monster MAF probably won't match the calibration of your 5.0 Mustang computer.


If it is a 70 MM housing, you could use the 94-95 Mustang MAF sensor and be OK.

Let me crank up my crystal ball...
NO part number were given, so it is a mystery...
Nothing but snow... I guess I need to ditch the rabbit ears and spring for cable...



The part number from the MAF housing and sensor are needed. Once you have them, do a Google search and you will find more info.

A 3.5in tube is about 88mm.
I guess this is a 80mm or 90mm tube.

The pic does not show the 4 digit number on the sensor, and the plug does not match the Fox style connector.

While I don't know exactly what this MAF/MAS is, it is safe to say it will not swap directly over to your Fox car.
A custom tune would be required.

I may be able to look up some other numbers when I get home, but it is a long shot...

The 4 digit # is - 6E03 -2.

I am going to throw this thing on ebay, Just need to know whats its off, Thanks
