i have a cam that came out of a motor i bought and the number stamped on it is 201129 and i had it measured and it came out at 492int 512exh lift, i need to know what the duration is and the lobe seperation thanks !
did you measure the lift on the rocker or did you measure it on the cam?? your rocker ratio will affect it if you measured the movement of the rocker as opposed to the actual cam lobe.... i think....i could be wrong
im no math genious but those numbers did seem a little high, ok so if those figures were measured at the rocker.... that would put your cam somewhere around... .310/.317 ish?? sound right??
i guess, i done know the lift with 1.6 rockers but i.m going use 1.7 rockers i really need to find out what the lobe seperation angle is ! with my 1.7 rockers it will be .523 int .544 exh lift. any one ever seen a 492-512 cam its sorta like the trickflow stage 1.
