Im aiming for 425rwhp n/a (h/c/i and carb) 10.5:1 comp ratio. and 575rwhp with 150 shot.

I need to know what long tubes would be better? What brands are there out there that will fit with a 351 swap? Expensive?
What mid pipe?
3 inch or 2 1/2 inch?

Brand's like Hooker, BBK, Kook's, Mac all make decent 351W swap header's. 1 3/4 pipe would work just fine but you can go 1 7/8 if you want a bit more on the top end. I run BBK's 1 3/4 Header's and I'm fairly happy with them. Really Nice quality, although I did have to do some banging on them a bit to clear the steering shaft which may be because of the AFR head's having .500" higher exhaust ports. The collector design on the BBK's are not your standard 3" Collector design.... they use a flange style connection instead which is kind of nice as you don't have to change collector gasket's all the time and the chances of them ever leaking are slim to none. The only downside to this design is it dosn't flow as great as your standard 3" collector, but the difference is very marginal. Probably 3-5HP. I woudn't be afraid to recomend these to anyone... there available in chrome (They Turn Blue After A While) or coated. If you don't mind spending a bit more money then I would definetly go with a nice set of Kook's Header's and get them coated. I've talked to alot of people using these header's and they were very happy and impressed with them. Kook's has definetly made a good name for themselve's in the header business, so I would definetly price them out. Overall though I'd say the BBK's are the best bang for the buck 351 Swap header out there right now.
As for Mid Pipe you could go with either 2 1/2 or 3" it's your call. 3" would probably be the better way to go on a Stroker. Once Again 3" will get you a bit more HP in the mid to high RPM's, 2 1/2 will get you a bit more on the bottom end. I'm running a Custom built Mandrel Bent 3" X-Pipe with Dynomax Bullet's Dumped.....Meanest sounding Car in my Area!
