What Makes A Car Run Rich At Idle?

Im wondering what makes a car run rich at idle on a hot re-start..then goes back to normal...stays running rich for a minute or so and that when the surging is happening then it goes back to 14.7 from 11s...its weird I really don't remember it doing that...just lately almost the same time im having the surging issue on hot -restarts...

You did all the base idle resets correct? And how is yours tuned?

Any Codes?? ...but many of the sensors, O2's, worn ECT, dirty MAF, EGR valve and sensor to name a few. When I changed my ECT and went back to a 192* stat did wonders for my non-cats exhaust.

yes I did I also just replaced the TPS and IAC,Now I did talk to Frank at PSI...We discussed my car he said it sounds like a bad o2 sensor...I just ordered them now to waiting for them to try that next..if this doesn't work im taking it to him for a re-tune...

ECT isn't that old...just ordered new o2s...no egr valve...didn't clean the MAF yet...I had codes I posted them in another post...
