Just curious to see what oil everyone prefers. I use Valvoline full sythetic. 10W-30 in the winter and 10W-40 in the summer. As far as oil filters I use the Fram X2. It's the best one they make and I get a window sticker to write my next oil change on. I have 161,000 on the clock also. And everyone else uses...................

mobil 1 only!!!!
Mobil invented synthenic oil. It was developed in the 40's as oil for the bearing of bombers landing gear that would still lubricate in the extreme temps of altitude. All the rest are just copycats

Castrol Syntec German made 0W30 ( this is 100% synthetic unlike many of the hydrocracked versions out there claiming they're fully synthetic)

I"m a preferred customer as well... I pay for the membership, and then sell the oil to my mustang club buddies at a slight discount, but still make enough profit to pay for the membership, and the oil for my stang.... Although, I only drove the car 2700 miles this past year, so it was only 1 oil change, and a filter change at 6 months....
