What should i do? 1999 4.6 mustang gt

Hello! I'm pretty new here...i been working on my mustang for a long time now. Its a little over 500 horsepower. Its turbocharged with a hellion turbo kit and has many other upgrades.

I wanted to do 3 things to it but i'm not the most engine savvy...

1)I am running a stock transmission on the car still. I wanted to know weither i should upgrade it....and what it will do for me..and opinions on what i should upgrade it to...money really isnt a problem..i want the best....but i heard the trans really didnt need to be upgraded...i was thinking about making it a 6 speed instead of a 5 speed too...

2)I wanted to know if i should change my driveshaft...also being stock...its been holding up fine...but i hear a lot of people saying loosing the weight on the driveshaft helps a lot.

3)i was planning on getting a new intake...i hear the typhoon is supposed to be good....has anyone tried it? or can anyone recommend anything better?

The T-45 is strong enough. But a T-56 would be nice if you have the money.

If you swap the tranny you might as well get one at the same time.

From what I have read, it isn't even close to worth it for the money. There is a thread on it over in the talk section..

+1 on the T56..

I used the Alumium drive shaft and i really didnt notice any power but if your just trying to finsh the car out, then sure go for it... it takes about 20mins to do..

Im just about to get the Typhoon done on my car so i dont know.. I heard alot of people NOT liking it and saying that it wasnt all that great, but i got it at a steal so w.e i'll try it and let you know... other than that i would wait for the New BBK.. heard its going to be one of the best...

Ya T56 is sweet but if you wana be a fast turbo car you have to have an auto. Or unless you like roll racing people from 85mph roll. And changing the drive shaft does help. Bullit intake FTW

Just wait for that sh1t to blow out. Unless you REALLY have the cash. A TKO600 tranny will hold all the torque you'll ever need.
