I recently tore down my 89 LX to change the headgaskets, and while i have the heads off i have decided to go the GT40P route. Here is all of the changes i am making.
- E7 heads changed to freshly machined GT40p's, no porting.
- Stock intake manifolds to Ford Racing Cobra (GT40) manifolds.
- BBK equal length headers changed to Ford Racing GT40P specific shorties
- 3g ALT upgrade
- clutch fan changed out for electric fan
What should I expect for RWHP? The other mods to the car are listed in my sig, just a RAI, full exhaust and the mods above.
