What Size 17" Wheels And Tires Fit A Mustang Ii

I want to upgrade to 5 lug 17" wheels on my II. I have a front brake kit from Rod & Custom that I did not use on my 1968 Coupe. I also have a rear from a 1965 Mustang that I plan on using. What is the largest wheel and tire that will fit? I plan on rolling the the fenders and quarters for more clearance. What is the back space that I need?
