I'm concidering new sway bars for my 01 mustang gt. So far my search has yielded the following results for the sway bars:

front / rear
gt 26.5mm solid / 23mm solid
bullitt 28mm tubular / 21mm tubular

Any help will be appreciated

I've lowered the car about 1.5" with the Eibach-Pro kit, replaced the stock struts and shocks, and put 275x40x17x9 on all corners.

I'm now thinking of improving the handling.

A bigger sway bar won't necessarily make it handle better.

A thicker bar will make the car more prone to pushing in the corners.

If I remember correctly, the Cobra front swaybar is the same as a GT. its just the Cobra rear thats bigger. I could be wrong though?

Sway bars are one of the last things you need to upgrade, suspension wise.

What have you done so far with your current setup? (nothing listed in your sig)

You'd be better off installing a good set of LCA's over a sway bar.
