what size mass air

what size would be best for me i know c and l makes 73 and a 76 i have full exhaust. trick flow intake,cold air induction mass air conv,3.73 gear 70 mm throttle body help me out

73 I think that the 76 is for more massive powerloads....

I ran an 80 MM Pro-M on my car and it worked great. It won't hurt to have the bigger mass air.
