What brakes do i have? help!!

i got a disk brake setup from a friend for free today. He said they came off a 66. i picked them up and when i got home the rotors looked different. Everything else looks the same. they are the right dual piston type. One rotor has square holes on the hub and the other does not. see pics. i was wondering is there a way to tell if i got the right setup. Can later model (68and up) rotors be put on a 66 spindle? I will try and get pics of the whole setup tomorrow.

both rotors look the same except the first pic rotor is a two piece rotor that was common on disc brake stangs through mid 67. either rotor will be fine as the later replacement rotors for the 67 and earlier cars is a one piece rotor.

so maybe the rotors were made by different companies. is there some knid of numbers stamped on the spindles or anything to distinguish 65-66 spindles?

So the one piece rotors will work?

what master cylinder should i use, a 67 for disk?
did ford make a master cylinder in 67 for manual/disk?
