what to do with my stock tranny

i will HOPEFULLY be taking it out sometimie this week and finally installing the t56. i have a guys at the shop that wants the 3650 he said he would give me $200 for it. should i sell it or keep it for some reason? is $200 a fair price for it? it seems a little low to me.
