what type of cam?

i need help picking out a cam for my car? its an auto...
and what about rockers?

You can call pretty much any reputable cam companies(Crane, Comp Cams, etc) tech support number and they should be able to point you in the right direction when it comes to choosing a cam. They will want to know things about your car (rear end gear, stall speed on your torque converter(if its not stock), exhaust, heads, etc) and they will help you and give you the best choices of camshafts.
