Been surfin this site 4 a few years now but never got around 2 postin. Got a couple mustangs, bought my first when i was 16(my first car ever), them being a 67 and 68 coupe, had a 92 for a few years, and bought a nice 89 gt this past summer. cars have always been the thing that gets me most geeked, especially mustangs, but 4 whatever reason i've never really thrown myself into my cars and got one of em the finished the way i wanted to. so anyway, just wanted to pop the cherry on this postin thing and intro myself.
current ride is an 89 GT with lots of mods, but needs some TLC and fine tuning.
engine/drivetrain - cobra intake, gt40 heads, aftermarket cam(?), 1in manifold spacer, ud pulleys, bbk cai, msd, electric fan, longtubes, x-pipe, borlas, 5spd(unknown type), aluminum driveshaft, posi
suspension - tokico coilovers, caster camber plates, tubular upper/lowers, tube k-member, steeda front swaybar, tokico shocks rear, aftermarket rear control arms(?), lowering springs(?), steeda bumpsteer(not installed), steeda x2 balljoints(not installed
tires/brakes - 04 SVT Cobra rims, 5 lug conversion, all slotted/vented discs, stainless steel brakelines
interior - 01 Mustang GT leather buckets, battery in hatch
exterior - 04 Sonic Blue paint, shaved emblems, cervini cobra r hood, stalker front, cobra rear bumper, gt sides
Honestly it is one of the prettiest 5.0s I've seen. Like I said, lots of parts, but needs a tune, suspension dailed in, interior finished, some electrical work, etc.
