ok i have had this exhaust leak, so i couldnt really hear this but i dont think my car is getting enough spark above say 3- 3.5k rpms and up. the car will feel great and run smooth, but then it will start kind of sputtering real fast, its nothing severe but its noticeable.
When ever i romp on it, afterwards i smell kind of a gassy smell, like there was unburnt fuel.
Plus when i had the ignition problem last week ( thought it was the fuel pump, was to coil
) The guy i had help me and he said the coil would fix it for now but there still wasnt enough spark he commented. Hes a real knowledgeable guy has his own shop, you know the ones than can just listen to a motor and tell whats going on. But i couldnt really tell since the exhaust leak masked it.
he said something about the module and something in the dizzy, i forgot what it was called.....
but any ideas??
